Pratyusha’s parents REVEAL ‘shocking details’
Pratyusha Banerjee’s mysterious death has raised a lot of questions. And to answer many of them, Pratyusha’s parents called a press conference on Tuesday in Mumbai.
And now, in a press conference Pratyusha’s parents Soma and Shankar Banerjee revealed many truths about Rahul Raj Singh’s past. They blamed Pratyusha’s boyfriend Rahul for their daughter taking the drastic step.
During the conference her parents claimed that Rahul is married and a father of a nine years old son. While Pratyusha was keen on getting hitched to Rahul, the actress’ parents were not comfortable with the marriage proposal.
Her parents said “We didn’t come in front of the media all this while because we wanted all the rituals to be done. We have lost our daughter and we have filed an FIR… whatever problem she had, we have recorded our statement at the police station”.
Our world has been shattered. It doesn’t matter if he (Rahul) is hanged or gets life imprisonment. Our daughter’s soul won’t rest in peace unless he is punished…We trust the law and have faith that truth will ultimately come out. “Rahul should be either hanged or kept in prison for the rest of his life. He has ruined my daughter’s life, she should get justice,” Shankar said.
Rahul claimed he had four flats, three cars and 150 acres of land. He even told Pratyusha that his mother is an MLA in Mandar, but we never found truth in his statements, her father claimed.
She was very interested in astrology and would ask me to read her horoscope. Her star sign was Leo. I was telling her that it was a good year for her. She said her life is very difficult, Pratyusha’s father added.
Like any other girl Pratyusha had a dream of getting married and have kids. “We never really agreed for the match happily, but it was Pratyusha, who insisted on continuing with the relationship. But the last time I had a word with her, she shared with me about her troubled relationship with Rahul. Pratyusha also mentioned about Saloni being the cause for it. I advised her to visit home and discuss the issues with her dad, so that we can sort it out.” Pratyusha’s mom said.
